Studio #3  - 17 x 40  (Marley Floor)
Studio #4  - 18 x 40  (Marley Floor)
Studio #3 & 4 together 35 X 40  (Retractable wall & Marley)
Studio #5  - 30 X 40  (Marley Floor)

ALL STUDIOS INCLUDE:
Mirrors / CD Player with I-Pod Capability /  Wood flooring (most with Marley on top)
A/C  /  Privacy Blinds  /  Secondary Entrances &/or exit's  / Extra seating if necessary

ADDITIONAL STUDIO AMENITIES

- Extra Large Lobby
- Snack Vending Machine
- Drink Vending Machine (Water, Gatorade, Soda)

Rehearsal Rental Rates:

Studios 1.5, or 6, single studios only
$25.00 per hr. Rental Fee (2 hour rental  minimum)

Studios 1, 3 or 4 single studio rental
$35.00 per hr. Rental Fee (2 hour rental  minimum)

• Fees may vary with larger group sizes.
• Sound System, mirrors, A/C & Ipod- CD capability Included in each studio

Additional $15.00 per hour for PA System with 12 channel mixer, 2 Power amp speakers,
& 1 wireless handheld microphone if desired

Additional $15.00 an hour for Standard Upright Acoustic Piano

Rental Rates same as rehearsal rates above.
Add $10 per hr to rehearsal rates for lobby usage
Certificate of Liability Insurance required for most rentals.

Example:  Studios 1.5, or 6, single studios only
$25.00 per hr. (Studio fee) + $10 per. hr. (Lobby fee) = $35.00 per hr. Rental Fee
(2 hour rental  minimum)
